All of the machine’s contact surfaces are constructed of stainless steel 304 or other food grade materials. The machine uses the “GENEVA” mechanism for rotational movement. This Rotary Bottle Washing Machine models is designed for washing bottles ranging in size from 15 ml to 1000 ml, with a maximum speed of Up to 100 bottles per minute. The machine is constructed with a stainless-steel finish, including the frame structure. All parts in touch with the washing zone and jets are constructed of stainless steel 316 material. Bottles are handled intermittently to ensure that the maximum amount of time is spent washing. The machine also provides a variety of customized choices for washing sequences based on customer needs. The washing process is carried out in four different Washing Zones for optimal results. The machine is also fitted with an external bottle washing system. We can additionally tailor the machine to accommodate specific bottle types or sizes, as well as the cleaning procedure. We have two bottle washer models: the LI-RBW 64, which can wash 60 bottles per minute, and the LI-RBW 96, which can wash up to 100 bottles per minute. This multipurpose, multi-featured equipment meets GMP criteria for washing glass and plastic bottles.
Operational Mechanism
How a Rotary Bottle Washer Operates:
Containers are introduced onto the infeed turntable of the machine, from which they are subsequently transferred onto the machine’s conveyor system. Upon arrival at the Cleaning Station, the proximity sensor activates a pulse to the machine, resulting in the pneumatic bottle stopper halting four bottles. Intermittent motion nozzles are positioned above bottles. The vacuum mouth holder securely grips bottles, initiating air purging and vacuum suction operations. The vacuum suction unit removes impurities from the bottle. Air and vacuum processes are conducted simultaneously to remove impurities from the bottles. Upon completion of the cleaning process, the pneumatic bottle stopper deactivates, allowing the bottles to proceed further along the conveyor for the subsequent operation.
