This state-of-the-art ampoule external washer incorporates four essential cleaning phases and effortlessly automates the entire procedure. Cleaning with a washing medium, like recycled water, is one of the steps. Then comes the air wash, followed by demineralized water or injection water, and finally the final air wash. The user can modify the sequence to suit their individual demands, thanks to the machine’s well-known adaptability. The pharmaceutical and injectable industries utilize this machine extensively.

The equipment has a wire mesh conveyor that is used to appropriately feed ampoules that need to be cleaned. The in-feed worm subsequently transports these ampoules to the washing procedure. Next, the ampoules are jet-washed with water and then dried with air. The conveyor has a series of spray nozzles installed for the water jet. In addition, every conveyor has a set of knife blocks ready for air-jet. The aim of these blades is to eject air. The ampoules are sent to the outfeed collection tray when the washing and drying procedure is complete.
