The servo pump head counts the revolutions of the gear pump to precisely regulate and meter the quantity of liquid product being dispensed into the container, making this machine ideal for medium to high-volume production runs. Our servo filler is built with a sturdy base cabinet and a clean conveyor. Adjustable articulated feet, sealed front and rear access panels, an integrated electrical control panel, a pneumatic nozzle lift, a pneumatic and electrical control panel, and a pneumatically operated neck finder are all features of the machine’s stainless steel base cabinet. The bottle transport is managed by an adjustable no bottle and backup sensor, two bottle gating cylinder units, 41 mm pitch double round guide rails, and a inverter controlled drive motor. The conveyor measures 3 meters in length and is made of stainless steel and 100 mm wide acetal slat chain.
