Servo Based Viscous Products filling equipment with a servo pump is a servo-driven variant of a piston filling machine. With a servo-driven system and a unique three-way filling valve, the dispensed volume may be precisely adjusted.

The servo piston filler is controlled by a computer program, which specifies the stroke length and the maximum and minimum rates at which the piston may move. It works well for filling lotions and other similar goods. The effects are more noticeable and the precision is better in high-viscosity materials. Things include microemulsions, seed coatings, sticky honey, spicy pepper sauce, tomato sauce, fruit fluids, thick sauces, and hot sauces.
