With a single dosage, the machine can produce an impressive range of 80 to 200 ampoules per minute, accommodating a filling capacity of 0.5ml to 10ml. The Ampoule filling and sealing machine can be used with a variety of ampoule sizes, including open mouth glass ampoules ranging from 1ml to 10ml. Ampoules can be transported from a sterilizing tunnel via an SS conveyor and then transferred to a segment wheel. From there, they are moved to a moving rack, which vertically moves the ampoules through the station one by one. Once the sealing process is complete, the ampoules are carefully placed into the collecting tray.
The capacity for production can be modified based on the dimensions of the ampoules. In the case of 1ml ampoules, a processing rate of 200 ampoules can be achieved each minute. In the same way, for an ampoule size of 2ML, the output can reach 180 to 200 units, while for 3ML it can be 180 to 200 units, 5ML can yield 170 units, and 10ML can produce 120 to 140 units each minute. The actual output can vary between 10% and 20%, depending on the diameter of the ampoules. – The measurements are a tolerance and diameter of 0.25mm, with a height of 5mm.
Procedure of Operation
The clean ampoule tray is then positioned vertically into the inclined hopper. A synchronized star wheel is responsible for delivering ampoules one at a time onto a spinning eccentric rack that holds the ampoules.
During the time that the rack is stationary, many processes, including pre-gassing, filling, post-gassing, pre-heating, and final sealing, are carried out in fast succession. Ampoules are placed on a collecting tray mechanically after being correctly filled and sealed with their respective contents.
