Description
The LCF is an entirely automated system that eliminates the possibility of human error. It’s incredibly easy: simply include your powder and capsules, and allow the machine to handle all the tough tasks. It is capable of processing as many as 90,000 capsules each hour, making it ideal for a range of powder formulations. This machine model is capable of precisely filling a wide range of hard gelatin capsule sizes from 00 to 4 with various materials, including powder, pellets, and granules, whether used separately or in any combination, all with exceptional accuracy. It utilizes an indexing motion along with a versatile tamping technique to perform tasks such as capsule orientation, separation, filling, closing, and ejection, among others. The pace of production can be adjusted using a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD).
The device functions seamlessly due to a programmable logic controller, featuring a touch-enabled interface that allows for straightforward and user-friendly interaction.
