Empty capsule sorters are used to separate and reject unqualified or empty capsules, such as those with loose pieces, are too light, or have chips or cracks after they have been filled. The unqualified capsules will be automatically sorted out of the stream of compressed air by the capsule sorter, which allows the correct weight capsules to pass through while blowing the unqualified pieces into a separate chute that can be easily emptied.
Working Principal
The hopper should be fed the first capsule. Plug in the machine’s air compressor. The outlet side is designed to allow the correct dosage/weight capsules to exit through the regulation of compressed air. Small fragments, empty capsules, or capsules with a low mass will be collected in the capsule collector as they pass through the device thanks to the compressed air.
