The V Cone Blender features two inclined cylinders that are securely joined at an angle ranging from 70° to 90°, creating a distinctive conical “V” shape. To ensure optimal mixing performance with a V Blender machine, maintain the filling level between 50% and 60% of the total volume to facilitate proper particle movement in a designated pattern. Maintaining the fill level below this percentage creates available space within the cylinder during the blending process, enabling particles to move smoothly, which ultimately reduces the time required for achieving a uniform blend. The V Cone Blender is ideal for use in the Pharmaceutical, Food, Cosmetic, and Nutraceutical sectors.
Process Operation
The ingredients are placed into the blender. The suggested fill-up volume for the V-Blender is between 50 and 60% of its total capacity. A spinning motion takes place during rotation. As the V-Blender rotates, the material separates and merges repeatedly. The continuous back-and-forth motion between the ingredients and the mixer leads to a uniform mixture. The item is gathered from the base of V. Typical blending durations usually fall between 5 to 15 minutes, influenced by the characteristics of the material being mixed.
