The pharmaceutical, chemical, food, cosmetic, fertilizer, and other industries use comminuting mills to reduce, grind, pulverize, and distribute both wet and dry products. There are two models of Communiting Mill: Plain and Water Jacketed. At an additional cost, flame-proof electrical can be supplied upon request.
Process Operation
The material falls on the rotor blade beater assembly for pulverization or milling after the product is poured from the top through the feed hopper. Particle downsizing occurs as a result of the knife edges mounted on the rotor, and material is forced outward from the bottom opening through the sieve. It is very easy to remove the knife’s edges for cleaning.
