The versatile and powerful Lab Octagonal Blender makes short work of uniformly mixing and lubricating dry grains. For the best mixing results, fill the cone blender up to approximately two-thirds of the way. Granules are perfect for the Octagonal Blender Machine because the octagonal container spins at a slower speed, resulting in a more uniform blend. The cosmetics, health, and beauty sectors could all benefit from it.
Octagonal blenders reduce the required rotations per minute due to the fact that grains can enter the container from any of its eight sides. Works wonders with granular and crystalline materials. The shape of the material guarantees that it will move continuously, even though the containers’ velocity is slow; this is essential for the correct mixing and lubrication of the grains.
Process Operation
To make sure the powder gets mixed well, fill the blender two-thirds of the way to the top. In order to achieve uniform mixing, the material is constantly and violently moved by rotating. A more even mixing and easier discharge are both made possible by the conical ends. The product can be released from the bowl’s base using the butterfly valve.
