The LODHA LI-LVF 1S vial filling and stoppering machine is ideal for situations where space is limited. Its compact design, which prioritizes hood isolation and laminar flow, allows it to take up very little room. The machine can seal and fill containers by inserting stoppers, either completely or partially. With the LI-LVF 1S, you can fill up to 40 containers per minute accurately. This device is capable of precisely filling liquid volumes ranging from 2 ml all the way up to 250 ml. You can use either a piston pump or a peristaltic pump to fill the machine with liquids.
With the LI-LVF 1S filling and stoppering machine’s PLC, you can activate multiple filling processes independently. You can save recipes in many different formats, and the transition is fast and easy.
Working Principal
Once the vial tray has been disinfected, it may be placed on the machine’s “In-feed” turn table. The vials are moved along the SS conveyor and grabbed using the star wheel. Vials are filled using an SS syringe. After the vials have been filled, the cylinder uses compressed air to attach a rubber stopper using a pneumatic system. The filled vials are conveyed by SS conveyor to a collecting tray after being filled and their rubber stoppers inserted.
