Ointment Manufacturing Vessel

GMP’s facilities for producing ointments and creams serve the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, focusing on the development of ointments, creams, lotions, toothpaste, emulsions, and homogenizations. The structure is built with specially designed containers, tubing, connectors, engines, and a range of other elements.

The configuration includes a vessel for the wax phase, a vessel for the water phase, a manufacturing vessel, a storage vessel, interconnecting piping, a bump pump or metering pump, a control panel, and a working platform.

The vessels are constructed from ss316 grade material and are manufactured following cgmp standards. The containers are secured, insulated, and wrapped up tightly. Every vessel features a specially designed agitator assembly. The wax has been melted, and the water is heated to the preferred temperature in their designated containers. Both substances will then be transferred to the production vessel using a vacuum. A consistent mixture is achieved by blending both substances, which are then cooled using chilled water that circulates in the outer layer of the production container. After the emulsion is formed, the active components and pigments are added and blended thoroughly to ensure a uniform mixture. The prepared solution is transferred to the storage containers with the help of a bump pump.
