The Injectable Liquid Filling Machine is crafted for Vials, reaching an impressive speed Up to 300 units per minute, depending on the properties of the liquids, the neck size of the vial, the fill volume, and the size of the rubber stopper. Fabrication of equipment showcasing a full Stainless-Steel finish, covering the entire structural framework. A device that includes integrated Turn Tables at both the In-feed and Out-feed, designed with individual drives to ensure the synchronization of the speed of incoming and outgoing vials for improved performance. Every element that comes into contact with liquids and rubber stoppers is made from SS 316 material. The machine is additionally equipped with a Vaccumetric type Rubber Stoppering System.

- There is minimal product change over time because of the limited use of mechanical components like syringe sets, Teflon seals, gears, and chains.

- Custom-crafted bung oriental bowl and discharge chute featuring an integrated vibrator. The bung oriental bowl and chute feature a Teflon coating for handling wet bungs. The bungs are securely held in a specially designed vacuum bung hold disc, which also ensures uniform discharge of the bungs onto the vial. The bung pressing roller applies even pressure to the bungs.
- The same Rubber bunging machine assembly can also be utilized for half stoppering.
