Manufacturer of Airjet & Vacuum Cleaning Machine

Compact and aesthetically pleasing, automatic Airjet & Vacuum cleaning machines for bottle air and vacuum cleaning are rather powerful. For non-sterile items like Dry Syrup, Bulk Packing for Tablets & Capsules, Nutraceutical, Chemical, Food and Beverages application, this multi-feature machine fulfils GMP criteria of clean glass and plastic bottles and Jars and finds a means of cleaning each individual Bottle/container by air jet and suction. Made from FDA approved materials for cGMP compliance, Stainless Steel 316L makes all contact parts.

Bottle Airjet & vacuum cleaning machines operate on a back pressure of Bottle principle fed by the unscramble to reach separator assembly, which transfers the Bottle on conveyor belt and pushes Bottle one after another into the cleaning section one. Section on cleaning has a continuous suction system. Bottle reaches the cleaning phase; a pair of nozzles starts to flush the air inside the neck of the Bottle and concurrently vacuum will suction the particle, disturbed by the air. Duly cleaned bottles then move onto another machine or outfeed collecting tray at the conveyor’s exit end.

The Airjet Vacuum Cleaning Machine sucks through a vacuum in addition to running compressed air through jets. Glass or plastic or pet bottles, jars, etc. can be cleaned using a machine. Machine is appropriate for cleaning non-sterile items including Bulk Packing of Tablets, Capsules and Dry Syrup.

Built with a turn table, this machine feeds a container in a vertical position via a conveyor to a cleaning station where cleaning heads grab the container via a cup holder and then run pressured air and subsequently vacuum to clean the bottles.

With all contact components in SS 316 grade material and Nylon made parts also, machine ends with stainless steel finish and overload clutch system to stop jamming during operation. The manifold consists of an outer socket covering the mouth of the bottle and an inner nozzle that jets compressed air in the bottle, consequently guaranteeing ideal cleaning. The exhaust is attached to this latter socket.

Operational Mechanism

Containers are introduced onto the infeed turntable of the machine, from which they are subsequently transferred onto the machine’s conveyor system. Upon arrival at the Cleaning Station, the proximity sensor activates a pulse to the machine, resulting in the pneumatic bottle stopper halting four bottles. Intermittent motion nozzles are positioned above bottles. The vacuum mouth holder securely grips bottles, initiating air purging and vacuum suction operations. The vacuum suction unit removes impurities from the bottle. Air and vacuum processes are conducted simultaneously to remove impurities from the bottles. Upon completion of the cleaning process, the pneumatic bottle stopper deactivates, allowing the bottles to proceed further along the conveyor for the subsequent operation.
