Procedure of Operation

The clean ampoule tray goes in the slanted hopper without any detours. Ampoules are loaded into a revolving eccentric ampoule rack in sets of one, two, four, and six through a synchronized star wheel.

During the rack stillness, the steps of pre-gassing, filling, post-gassing, pre-heating, and final sealing are completed in sequence. Ampoules are collected on a tray mechanically once they have been correctly filled and sealed.

The machine performs the following operations

  • Ampoules are fed into the system through an in-feed hopper, star wheel, and a transport rack.
  • Each stroke of the machine pushed forward two ampoules.
  • Ampoule necks must be centred for successful heating, cooling, gas flushing, and liquid filling.
  • Preheating and heating station neck rotation for ampoules.
  • Use of clippers to remove used ampoule tips and discard them in a designated waste receptacle.
