Machine Procedure

The label wrap around point on the container was exactly aligned with the distance from the feed worm to the star wheel. When a container is detected at the labeling station, a servo motor and pressing belt begin to smoothly apply the label between the pad and the belt. The photocell in the label reader recognizes the gap between containers and stores the labels until the next one arrives. During this process, the pneumatic printing attachment produces output.
