Manufacturer of Cosmetic Cream Filling Machine
A cosmetic cream’s main purpose is to be applied topically to the skin. Even cosmetic creams have their roots in pharmaceutical research and development, and many people turn to creams, both medicated and non-medicated, to address a variety of skin issues.
Creams are semi-solid mixtures made of oil and water emulsions. One type of cream features small oil droplets mixed into a continuous water base, while the other type features small water droplets added to a continuous oil base. Many people prefer oil-in-water creams because they are more pleasant to use, have a lighter texture, and can be easily removed with water. Even though water-in-oil creams are more difficult to work with, many of the drugs used in them are hydrophobic and so are released more easily in this form than in an oil-in-water one. Creams containing water and oil are more effective at hydrating the skin because they create a lipid barrier, which slows the loss of water from the skin’s surface.
Description
The automatic paste liquid filling machine designed for cosmetics enables seamless filling operations. The machine allows for adjustments to the filling volume, filling velocity, filling precision, filling height, and filling position.
The system primarily consists of a storage tank, a main control cabinet, an operation panel, components for lifting and filling, a pneumatic filling nozzle, detection switches and sensors, a selector lever, a conveying hose, as well as a signal line, power line, and various other components and accessories. The equipment features a modular installation approach, with the primary parameters and settings finalized on the operation panel.
The filling process consists of the following steps: 0 Setting and debugging; ① Taking bottles from storage; ② Emptying bottles onto the conveyor belt; ③ Conveying the bottles; ④ The back guardrail halting the bottles; ⑤ Quantitative filling; ⑥ The front guardrail halting the bottles; ⑦ Completing the filling, followed by the back guardrail outputting the bottles; ⑧ The back guardrail stopping the bottles; ⑨ The front guardrail outputting the bottles.
When the device is operational, it is necessary to have someone consistently positioned to place bottles in front of the equipment, ensuring a continuous supply.
It is essential to have a clear understanding of the equipment involved in installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance to prevent accidents and losses.
Salient Features
- The control component and actuator utilize a reputable brand element. All components that come into contact with the product are constructed from SUS304/SUS316L. Non-metallic components utilize premium quality materials.
- The shell of the conveyor is constructed from SUS304, ensuring durability. The conveyor operates seamlessly, featuring continuous speed adjustment and a consistent, robust load capacity.
- Control via PLC. The feeding pipe is constructed from PVC steel material. The one-way valve functions as a highly efficient and precise cylinder valve, ensuring that the equipment is filled with high accuracy and minimal error.
- The automatic cream filling line features an automatic transfer system for bottles, an automatic lifting mechanism for the filling nozzle, precise quantitative filling, consistent filling results, and an emergency stop function.
- This device utilizes a cylinder valve filling nozzle. A leakproof plug is positioned in the filling nozzle to prevent issues such as wiredrawing and material drop during the filling process.
- The components of the machine (main unit, tubing, filling spout) are linked through a quick connection. Installation doesn’t need any special tools. Easy to take apart, clean, maintain, and put back together.
