Empty, washed, or sterilized ampoules are positioned in the Hopper located on the left side of the machine. Ampoules are transferred from a feeding cassette to a receiving rack. The horizontal moving rack effectively gathers ampoules from the receiving rack and seamlessly conveys them to the machine at an inclined angle, utilizing pre-gassing. Different stations are utilized to carry out the filling and sealing processes, such as pre-gassing, filling, post-gassing, pre-heating, and sealing stations. The SS tray enables the automatic collection of filled and sealed ampoules in an upright position, eliminating the need for manual handling. Double head ampoule filling and sealing machine provide output of up to 50 ampoules/ min. This machine model LI-AFS 2 is suitable to fill 1ml to 20 ml glass ampoules with the help of extra ampoules sizes parts and filling syringe set.

- All internal plates are made of MS and are safely painted before being clad with SS from the outside, ensuring secure attachment and precise alignment.
- The filling head sliding bracket is meticulously crafted and polished to ensure optimal performance without any play.
