Working Principal

The functioning of a tablet press relies on the concept of hydraulic pressure. The process of creating tablets involves four key stages: filling, metering, compression, and ejection.
The filling process involves arranging the granules correctly to facilitate the compression of tablets.
Metering: The metering process for tablet compression entails the elimination of surplus granules from the compression equipment.
Compression: In this stage, the upper and lower punches apply pressure within the die to shape the tablets.
Removal: The removal procedure for the tablet compression process involves taking the tablet out from the lower punch-die station.
