A dry heat steriliser sterilises and dehydrates glass and metalware such as ampoules, injection bottles, infusion bottles, and industrial equipment. The dry heat sterilisation and dehydrogenation technique is generally used for complete microorganism annihilation and eradication. Air serves as the sterilising medium in these stainless-steel dry heat sterilisers. Our dry heat steriliser is built in accordance with the cGMP requirements required in injectable pharmaceutical manufacturers that operate in a class 100 environment.

Notable Characteristics

  • The chamber is made of SS316L. Completely welded with rounded edges.
  • The doors are hinged and include a double edge seal gasket for optimal security.
  • A PLC is supplied for operation, control, and data collecting. HMI simplifies the interaction between the operator and the machine.
  • Equipment is offered with both a single door and a double door pass through layout.
  • HEPA filters are fitted in the fresh air, recirculation, and exhaust modules, and a bio seal flange may be given to seal the equipment into the building wall. Moreover, a 0.5 micron “Micro B” filter is placed as a pre-filter to the Fresh Air HEPA filter.

Procedure of Operation

Dry heat sterilisation is performed by conduction. The exterior surface of the object absorbs heat, which then flows layer by layer towards the centre of the thing. The whole object will ultimately attain the proper temperature for sterilisation.
