How the Machine Works

The machine is equipped with its own pumping system to establish a connection between the machine and the main/buffer tank of the product. The volume to be filled is measured using measuring devices that utilize a multi-piston positive displacement volumetric mechanism. The measurement and conversion of liquid flow into electronic pulses is achieved using encoders, which are then controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). All settings can be easily adjusted using the MMI keypad located on the control panel.
