To seal and emboss a tube according to specifications, the hot air sealing method involves heating the seal region on the inside of the tube with hot air before transferring it to the closure station. After that, the machine automatically cuts the tube and ejects it. With its simple design and fast adjustment, our tube fillers and sealers are a breeze to use and keep in good repair. A variety of finished seals, including curved and punch hole seals, are available for use with plastic tubes.

Components
- Tube Feeder: The first component of the tube filling machine is the tube feeder. The tube feeder allows the empty tubes into the machine. The function is performed mechanically or by hand. Without any delay, there is a smooth supply of tubes for the filling process.
- Tube Orientation Unit: These components provide a right alignment of the tubes for filling. If the tubes are not in the right position, then there are high chances of product wastage and spilling.
- Filling Station: A filling station provides a smooth flow of the product into the tubes through a nozzle. It is a very useful component as it is designed in such a way that it ensures a calculated amount of the product filled into the tubes.
- Sealing Unit: All the filled tubes are moved towards the sealing station for sealing. In order to avoid spilling, leakage, and increasing the shelf life of the product, the sealing should be secured.
- Coding Station: All the tubes are moved to the coding station. Here the important information is imprinted onto the tubes.
- Ejection Unit: The next station is the ejection unit. Here, all sealed and coded tubes are separated from the apparatus and undergo the quality test.
- Control Panel: The control panel is responsible for controlling the speed, setting, and modification of the machine. All these components of the tube filling machine make sure that a smooth, precise, and efficient process is carried out.
