A Jacketed Mixing Vessel, featuring a Jacketed steam boiler, is employed for the blending of liquids and slightly solid materials. Assembly of a jacketed mixer showcasing various paddle blade types, such as pitched or flat blades with appropriate design. In the Mixer, two neighboring blades function in opposite directions, leading to a smooth thinning of the material and encouraging uniform mixing. Paddle-type blades are attached to scrapping arms and welded onto a hollow shaft, equipped with a separate drive system. A pivot is positioned at the lower support of the shaft to guarantee stability throughout rotations. Blades connected to the inner rod create motion of the substance. Different kinds of valves can be offered for material discharge based on user requirements.
