The glass ampoule cleaning equipment is designed to clean ampoules and vials ranging in size from 1 to 20 millilitres, oral liquid vials ranging from 5 to 25 millilitres, and penicillin vials ranging in size from 2 to 20 millilitres. Automatic bottle feeding, ultrasonic rough washing, surface fine washing, inner wall fine washing, and final discharge are all possible with this machine. The cleaner is one of the most widely used vial cleaners in the world because it combines ultrasonic cleaning with water and gas jet cleaning. - High-pressure cleaning with less usage of washing medium thanks to the washing needle’s positive, pressurized jets.
- For the supply of washing media in both directions and in a continuous fashion, a well-designed pressure tank is a must.
- Washing the ampoule or vial from the inside and out to ensure its integrity is preserved.
- Washing machines with a glass top cover make it easy to see the inside workings.
- All components that come into contact with the washing medium are constructed from stainless steel.
- If the acrylic cover is lifted during the cycle, the machine will stop and resume from the point at which the cover is lowered.
- On-line polycarbonate housing with a detachable P.P. filter cartridge containing 5 OR 10 microns of water for optimal cleaning.
