Operational Mechanism

A vibratory or continuous cap feeder feeds the cap to the cap delivery chute, where the caps are picked up one at a time extremely smoothly without harming or scratching the caps thanks to the Automatic Lug Capping Head’s design with correct torque according to cap samples. The weakly fastened cap of the jar is rolled toward the capping head, where it is tightened to the proper level using the star wheel’s predetermined torque. The perfectly sealed bottle is sent down the conveyor to be processed further.
