Fill and seal onion skin ampoules or crushable glass ampoules with this convenient filler. We have the ability to create a machine to accommodate any size of onion skin tube. The gadget uses a volumetric piston-pumps filling concept and has a filling rate of 10-200 ampoules per minute. The smallest ampoules this machine can handle have a 7mm diameter, and the tallest are 55mm. The ampoules used in biological indicators may be processed by this equipment as well. The equipment is accurate to within 1% and can load a variety of substances into the onion tubes. In addition, the machine’s single-dose filling capacity ranges from 0.5 ml to 25 ml. It provides an ideal diversion for the ampoules after they have been sealed and filled.
Procedure of Operation
The tray of ampoules to be sterilized is inserted vertically into the slanted hopper of the device. A synchronized star wheel deposits ampoules one at a time, in pairs, in fours, and in sixes into a revolving eccentric ampoule rack.
Pre-gassing, filling, post-gassing, pre-heating, and final sealing may all be done in sequence after the rack has been stopped. Once ampoules are filled and sealed, they are automatically collected on a tray.
The machine is responsible for the following tasks
- Ampoules may be fed into a machine using a hopper, a star wheel, and a transport rack.
- Two ampoules were advanced with every stroke of the machine.
- Before, during, and after the gas cleansing and liquid filling processes, the ampoule neck is centred.
- Rotating ampoule neck heating and preheating station.
- Used ampoules should have their caps lopped off and discarded.
