The machine operates on the principle of slant travel of ampoules during the filling and sealing process. To address the wide range of ampoule neck dimensions, thicknesses, and ovality found in Indian ampoules. The unit is constructed with a sturdy S. S. Square pipe frame and is completely covered with S. S. Coverings, giving it an attractive matte finish. Additionally, there is a spacious opening at the bottom for easy and thorough cleaning. The pendant type electrical control panel is designed to be easily lifted from the machine, ensuring convenient operation and enhanced safety.
Procedure of Operation
The sterilized ampoule tray can be loaded directly into the slant hopper of the unit. The Synchronized star wheel efficiently delivers ampoules, one by one, on a moving eccentric ampoule rack in a precise and reliable manner.
During the process of rack stoppage, various steps are carried out to ensure proper pre-gassing, filling, post-gassing, pre-heating (for Four and double head only), and final sealing. This results in the desired annealing effect. At the end of the rack, a synchronized pusher is available to push ampoules into a tray in a vertical position.
