Process Operation

The tray of sterilized ampoules was put straight into the unit’s slanted hopper. The synchronized star wheel moves an eccentric rack of four ampoules and delivers each one one at a time. While the rack is stopped, pre-gassing, filling, post-gassing, pre-heating, and final sealing are all done one after the other. Once the ampoules were properly filled and sealed, they were automatically put on a collection tray so no one had to touch them.
