In a Double Cone Blender, the central chamber is cylindrical, and the two outer halves are conical. The main way that things are mixed is by diffusion, which happens when the container is rotated on a horizontal axis and the batch materials fall to the bottom, distributing particles all over the newly exposed surface. Processing abrasive solids is made easy with tumble blending, which is low-impact and suitable for use with delicate components. It’s also a common tool for combining materials with drastically different sizes and densities. The combined substance can be discharged in its entirety due to the vessel’s double cone shape.

Process Operation

To make sure the powder gets mixed well, fill the blender two-thirds of the way to the top. In order to achieve uniform mixing, the material is constantly and violently moved by rotating. A more even mixing and easier discharge are both made possible by the conical ends. The product can be released from the bowl’s base using the butterfly valve. Easy and trouble-free operation is a hallmark of our high-quality blender.
