The high shear mixer granulator delivers granulation that is uniform, swift, and reliable. Is compatible with both water and solvent granulation. The frame and the base are constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel. The robust design minimizes noise and vibrations generated by the rotation of the product and the engine. All components that come into contact with the product are made from mirror-polished AISI 316L stainless steel.

The silicone gasket of the bowl is designed as a single piece, allowing for easy removal when it’s time to clean. A pneumatic actuator is utilized to operate the lid, allowing it to open and close efficiently. One component in the apparatus features a slowly rotating mixing blade, while the other showcases a rapidly spinning granulation chopper. Pneumatic seals are placed on each of the rotor shafts.

Improved tablet hardness and solubility can be attained with the high shear mixer granulator, utilizing up to 70% less binder agent compared to other granulators.
