Working Principal

It is from the very top of the trough that the powders are introduced. Due to the potential for dust release, the entire process must be carried out within a sealed enclosure. The drive system allows the blades to spin at various speeds. As the material rises and falls, shear forces act upon it between the trough’s walls and the blades. The tools for breaking aggregates and lumps are also fastened to the perforated blades. Tilting the mixing vessel, using the bottom discharge valve, or a discharge screw are the three ways the material is discharged. Within 10 to 30 minutes, you will have a homogeneous mixture. Mixing with a level of consistency as high as 99%.

• Shaft sealing into the stuffing boxes is provided by Teflon Chevron Rings / PTFE braided gland rope to prevent leaking from blade ends.
• Guards / grills and interlocking are provided for maximum safety.
