Process Operation

The ingredients are placed into the blender. The suggested fill-up volume for the V-Blender ranges from 50 to 60% of its total capacity. During rotation, a motion of tumbling takes place. As the V-Blender rotates, the material separates and merges in an ongoing cycle. The continuous back-and-forth motion between the substance and the mixer leads to a uniform mixture. The product is gathered from the base of V using a butterfly valve. Typical blending durations usually fall between 5 to 15 minutes, influenced by the characteristics of the material being mixed.
