AISI 316L Stainless Steel is used for all components that come into direct contact with the contents of the Container and the cleaning solution.
GMP-compliant means that the machine was made or built to those specifications.
Other components are constructed of engineering plastic, stainless steel, or materials authorized by the Food and Drug Administration.
cGMP guidelines are followed in the processing, treatment, and selection of equipment for all finishes and welding joints.
Customized washing cycles are available upon request.
Each individual washing area has its own dedicated circuit to prevent cross-contamination.
