The Semi-Automatic Capping Machine/semi-automatic cap sealing machine is convenient to transport and simple to use. We provide a semi-automatic capping machine featuring a motor, enabling the operator to manually align bottles beneath the capping head. The cap-tightening mechanism includes a well-designed cam that allows the head to continuously move up and down while rotating around its axis. A device equipped with a capping head fastens caps in place and turns them with consistent torque, using either a spring or a magnetic torque controller. The adjustable frequencies system allows for customized capping head speeds.
