Working Principal

A thing A variety of delivery chutes are available to accommodate different container sizes, and they transport products from the counting disc into filler tubes. A unique machine with a dust-free passage system is integrated with the filler and located beneath the hopper. It is designed to count and fill large quantities of pills or capsules into plastic or glass bottles. The anticipated fill capacity is provided by the counting disc. No matter if the tablet is hard or soft, coated or uncoated, every disc is meticulously made to fit. A single-track filler can fill one bottle at a time, but a set of four machines can fill four bottles at once, greatly increasing production. The rpm varies in relation to the containers and stocks. To make sure the disc works smoothly and efficiently when counting uncoated tablets, it has a special Dust Extractor system that takes dust out of the way on the way to the container.
