The Heavy-Duty Single Side Rotary Tablet Press Machine is a robust mechanical device designed to compress powders into tablets that are consistent in size, shape, and weight. The advantage of this rotating press is that every tablet is consistently compressed from every angle, leading to tablets of superior strength with little to no variation.
All contact components and the overall look of the machines are made from high-quality stainless steel to meet cGMP standards. The tableting area of the machine is fully enclosed to minimize noise output and improve the work atmosphere. An AC variable frequency drive is integrated to control the main motor drive and turret speed. The gear system, the trace, and the main friction components receive comprehensive lubrication through dedicated and precise lubrication devices. To improve the durability of the turret, electroless nickel plating is utilized. This also prevents the turret from corroding easily.
Working Principal
Tablet Press works on the principal of hydraulic pressure. There are four steps involve in tablet formation procedure that is filling, metering, compression and ejection.
- Filling: The filling involves the transfer of the granules into position for tablet compression.
- Metering: The Metering procedure for the tablet compression procedure involves removal of excess granules from the compression machine.
- Compression: During the compression stage, the top and bottom punch come together by pressure within the die to form the tablets.
- Ejection: The Ejection procedure for the tablet compression process involves removal of the tablet from the lower punch-die station.
