Manufacturer of High Speed Rotary Bottle Capping Machine
The High-Speed Rotary Bottle Capping Machine greatly improves production efficiency; it automates the capping process for bottles and jars at a speed that exceeds any human-operated assembly line. Their precision and production speed are unmatched, offering bottlers and other producers a considerable edge in meeting demands swiftly.
The placement of the sealing cap is carefully controlled to enhance safety and efficiency. Photosensors ensure that the sealing process is only initiated when an aluminum cap is present in the chute or a stopper is on the bottle. The device is equipped with spring-loaded sealing rollers that guarantee the cap stays intact. The sealing machine is compact, easy to install, and simple to operate. The speed can be adjusted to achieve various levels of performance.
A rotary capping machine is essential in any packaging setup. Bottle cappers guarantee that containers are sealed uniformly and accurately, setting them up for the subsequent stage in the packaging process. Capping usually signifies one of the last steps prior to delivering to retailers or supplying products to customers.
We produce a variety of automatic capping machines designed for different applications and production speeds, capable of handling all kinds of bottle closures: We offer Automatic Capping Machines suitable for a wide range of closures such as crown corks, plastic caps, sports caps, aluminum ROPP caps, pre-threaded caps, natural corks, champagne type corks, T shape corks, press on closures, Guala type closures, and twist off closures.
Process Operation
During the earlier phase, the container filled with substances will be transported via a conveyor belt into the feeding screw mechanism, subsequently aligning perfectly with the feeding star wheel; Concurrently, the lid is elevated from the storage area to the capping mechanism by a lifting device, automatically organizing the lid in the designated orientation, guiding it into the lid slide and proceeding to the capping star wheel. Once the capping heads of each shaft on the host cam mechanism engage, the capping shaft moves downward, gradually positioning the bottle cap onto the bottle mouth before it proceeds into the main star wheel for the capping process. By modifying the distance between the top and bottom magnetic plates, the torque is fine-tuned to satisfy the client’s specifications and guarantee that the rotating cover fits perfectly. The bottle, with its cap securely fastened, is moved to the conveyor belt via the bottle discharge star wheel. Once the inspection and removal mechanism identifies that there are no errors (no cap, no aluminum foil, or inadequate cap rotation), the cap rotation is finalized and the subsequent process commences
