Manufacturer of Double Side Rotary Tablet Press Machine (45, 55, 69 & 75 Stations)
Double Side Rotary Tablet Press Machine (Lodha Press IV) This device is designed to compact powders into tablets that maintain uniformity in size, shape, and weight. This Rotary Press ensures uniform pressure application from all directions to each tablet, resulting in strong tablets with minimal variation.
All contact components and the entire exterior of the machines are constructed from premium stainless steel to comply with cGMP standards. The machine’s tableting area is completely enclosed, effectively reducing noise levels and enhancing the overall working atmosphere. A temperature control device A variable frequency drive is integrated, managing the primary motor drive and turret speed. The gear system, the trace, and the key friction components are thoroughly lubricated via specialized and ongoing mechanisms. Electroless nickel plating is employed to enhance the durability of the turret. This also helps in stopping the turret from wearing down quickly.
Working Principal
Tablet Press works on the principal of hydraulic pressure. There are four steps involve in tablet formation procedure that is filling, metering, compression and ejection.
- Filling: The filling involves the transfer of the granules into position for tablet compression.
- Metering: The Metering procedure for the tablet compression procedure involves removal of excess granules from the compression machine.
- Compression: During the compression stage, the top and bottom punch come together by pressure within the die to form the tablets.
- Ejection: The Ejection procedure for the tablet compression process involves removal of the tablet from the lower punch-die station.
