A vibro sifter is utilized for the purposes of screening, sieving, and grading, facilitating the separation of desired elements from undesired ones within a mixture of solid and liquid materials. The material is classified according to its particle size. A vibro sifter features a completely sealed design that guarantees a dust-free operation and a leak-proof system. Additionally, every weld joint of the vibro sifter is free from crevices, ensuring a hygienic and contamination-free operation. The vibro sifter finds application across various sectors including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, chemicals, plastics, paints, minerals, rubber compounds, metal powders, detergents, pesticides, fertilizers, dyestuffs, and pigments.
Process Operation
The Vibro Sifter works on the principle of gyratory vibrations. Once the motor gets energized, vibration is caused in the screen/sieve making the material travel across the sieves according to its particle size.
