Process Operation

The tablets you wish to coat are first put inside a closed drum that is designed to spin continuously in an orbital pattern while being influenced by a streamlined plate. To prevent too much coating on the tablets, the coating medium automatically and sensibly sprays while the tablets are in orbit. Additionally, the drum is equipped with angled baffles and air flow, which serve to mix the tablets. All of the tablet sides are exposed to the sprayed coating as a result of the baffles lifting and rotating the tablets from the drum’s sides and onto the center.
