Streamlined automatic device crafted for the swift filling and sealing of glass vials equipped with rubber stoppers. Our automatic eight head vial filling and rubber stoppering machine is widely used in the preparation of large volume injectables. The device features a fully automated system for feeding, filling, bumping, and ejection, all crafted to meet GMPS standards. An automatic machine designed for filling vials and applying rubber stoppers can be seamlessly combined with a vial washing machine and a vial cap sealing machine to establish a complete sterile vial filling system. The machine is put together following GMP standards. Our standard machine is equipped with a stainless-steel piston pump designed for liquid filling. Furthermore, we can provide a peristaltic pump to improve filling precision based on individual customer requests.
