Manufacturer of Small Scale Vial Filling Machine
The filling, rubber stoppering, and capping of glass vials is a common task in the pharmaceutical sector and research and development labs, hence machines designed specifically for this purpose are in high demand. Glass vials ranging in size from 0.2 ml to 250 ml are compatible with the Lab scale vial filling equipment. Because of its widespread use in scientific study, it is also known as a vial filling machine for R&D facilities. In addition to the small panel, the vial filling and rubber stoppering machine has two side turntables, a stainless-steel conveyor belt, pre and post gassing nozzles. The equipment lessens the potential for contamination by decreasing the time it takes to go from filling to stopping. In order to get rid of dead ends and the locations that need to be removed on them, there is a specially developed un-scrambler.
The liquid vial filling machine’s whole framework is made out of stainless-steel square pipe. The volumetric concept with diving nozzles is at the heart of the vial liquid filling stoppering machine. The machine is small in size and features a sturdy stainless-steel housing.
Process Operation
Once the vial tray has been sterilized, it may be put on the “In-feed” rotating table of the sterilizer. Star wheels are used to grab the vials as they go down the SS conveyor. An SS syringe is used to inject liquid into vials. Once the vials are full, a rubber stopper is attached to the cylinder through a pneumatic system. After the vials are filled and their rubber stoppers are placed, they are transferred to a collecting tray via a stainless-steel conveyor.
