Salient Features
The machine fills the vial with liquid and seals it with a rubber stopper. The vial refill sealing system utilizes a moving line of sterile vials that are kept in position by a star wheel. If a vial sensor detects that it’s empty, the vial won’t be refilled. The loading process is carried out with the use of syringes and needles. After the vials are full, they are transferred to a vibrating rubber stoppering apparatus for final inspection and packaging.
