Process Operation
The feed container travels along the conveyor belt into the star wheel, positioning it beneath the screwing head during the next indexing phase. Simultaneously, the cap is received from the delivery chute of the cap feeding bowl, while the body and neck of the container are aligned under the motorized rotating head, which is controlled by a cam for vertical movement. The screwing head operates flawlessly, and the rotating head is engineered to seal the container effectively.
