Machine Procedure

The vials in motion are directed into a star wheel through an in-feed worm; subsequently, the star wheel positions the vials so that their bodies and necks are situated beneath the rotating head, where the sealing head executes a perfect threading and sealing process. In the meantime, the vials take a cap from the delivery chute of the cap filling bowl.
