Process Operation

The primary purpose is to fill the bottle before closing it with the plug and the screw cap. moving containers are fed onto an SS slat conveyor and then transferred to a star wheel that uses an indexing mechanism to rotate clockwise, picking up the containers and delivering them to a filling station with diving-type filling nozzles. The filled container spins and transports the bottle to the nozzle placing station, where the nozzle is oriented by a vibratory feeder before being picked up by a vacuum pickup system, rotated by 180 degrees, and placed on the bottle. The bottle is then transferred by star wheel to the next station, where the cap is similarly oriented before being picked up by a vacuum pickup system and taken to the screw capping station.
