Operational Mechanism

The jars or containers move along the feeding conveyor due to the back pressure created by the liquid filling machine conveyor. After that, they are guided to an in-feed star wheel by an in-feed worm. As the feed star wheel moves, the bottles are systematically fitted with caps, being picked up individually from the delivery chute. The rotary sealing mechanism lowers and exerts pressure on the bottle’s neck to form a seal. The capping process is carried out in a methodical roll-on manner, ensuring accurate mechanical placement of the caps through a rotating unscramble mechanism. This system guarantees that the caps are precisely guided into the chute. After the chute is filled, the drive for the rotating unscramble is turned off, which prevents any chance of cap damage. The sealing process is enhanced by the rotational movement of the sealing head and the transfer action of the sealing and threading rollers, which are managed by the sealing cam. The sealed bottles are released from the conveyor using a current star wheel mechanism.
