Process Operation

The top of the trough is where the powders are added. Due to the possibility of dust release, the entire procedure is conducted in a closed enclosure. The drive system allows the blades to move at a different speed. Shear happens between the blades and the trough wall as the material moves up and down. In order to break lumps and aggregates, the equipment is also fastened to the perforated blades. The mixing vessel can be tilted to release the material. It takes 10 to 30 minutes to get a homogenous mixture. 99% homogeneity in mixing
