Octagonal Blender homogeneously mixes and lubricates dry granules; it is an efficient and adaptable mixing machine. To make sure the cone blender gets mixed properly, fill it up to two thirds of its capacity. Granules work best in the Octagonal Blender Machine’s container because of the shape and the amount of time the container can be spun at a high speed. Cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, foods, and chemicals are just a few of the many potential applications.
Because the product container is octagonal in shape, granules enter the Octagonal Blender from all directions, reducing the RPM requirement. Primarily works with granular and crystalline materials. Because of their shape, these materials get enough continuous movement even in containers with slow motion, which is enough to mix and lubricate granules adequately.
Process Operation
To make sure the powder gets mixed well, fill the blender two-thirds of the way to the top. Thirty to one hundred revolutions per minute is the recommended speed of rotation. During rotation, the tumbling motion causes mixing to occur. The machine’s base allows for product discharge. When emptying or cleaning, the mixing tank can be angled freely from zero to three hundred and sixty degrees.
