The capsules are placed either by hand or with the assistance of a dedicated loader onto the stainless-steel plates and base. The capsule heads are securely locked by the locking system. After removing the top plate, filling the capsules becomes a breeze.
The capsule filler is easily disassembled and requires no maintenance. The entire unit can be cleaned in water using a common detergent.
Depending on their level of experience, a skilled operator can make 2000–2500 capsules per hour.

One hundred capsules at a time can be efficiently oriented, separated, filled, and locked.
